HyToGreen an Independent Hydrogen Producer
HyToGreen aim to harness green hydrogen’s potential. Scalable mid-size production close to consumers can replace fossil fuels in industry, energy, and mobility, providing a secure and, viable, zero-carbon alternative. This transformation fosters industrial revival and sustainable jobs, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals and European Union directives to make Spain a global leader in the zero-carbon movement.

Our mission is to deliver competitive and reliable renewable hydrogen (RFNBO),helping our customers mitigate costs fluctuations and supply risks, allowing them to focus on their core activities.
Build in our engineering and financial background with a solid techno commercial capabilities
HyToGreen have seamlessly evolved into a project developer, investor, and operator. We now specialize in originating, developing, constructing, and managing a sustainable portfolio of green hydrogen projects in Spain, utilizing
our deep internal expertise.
Our goal is to be among the top European utility companies for green hydrogen and its derivatives. HyToGreen believe that decarbonization must be considered a basic human right and Green Hydrogen is the vector for everyone’s contribution.

The Hydrogen to Green solution
Our solution and project locations were determined through a detailed assessment of multiple strategic criteria. This analysis encompassed geographic location, sales channels, product offerings, target clients, project scale, and the potential for future project development. These factors collectively informed the design of our business model and the structuring of our project pipeline.

Our Strategic Axis
Our partnerships with technology providers and design expertise allow us to reach the best LCOH.
We selected the best locations for a cost-efficient hydrogen production
HyToGreen believe in a future RFNBO liquid market like the ones where electricity, natural gas or other commodities are traded. Nevertheless, we worked out purchase agreements with main nearby consumer as well as kept all distribution ways ready
Hydrogen (H2) and Derivatives including RFNBO attributes
Nearby offtakers and sectors dependent on H2 using RFNBO as a fuel for industrial uses, mobility or as a feedstock
Scalable medium-size for balanced economies of scale and proximity to consumers
High potential for success-driven projects
Based on these strategic axis HyToGreen are able to maximize the profitability of our pipeline.
Our Target Clients
Our clients are industries that view hydrogen as the optimal solution for decarbonization, either because electrification isn’t feasible for their operations or because they use hydrogen as a feedstock. These businesses either are already facing or will face significant carbon emission taxes and need to find an economically viable solution to reduce emissions promptly.
HyToGreen have positioned our projects near the upcoming hydrogen network for optimal consumer access and equipped them with compression systems for road transport of Hâ‚‚/NH₃. We’ve secured MOUs with nearby off-takers, building a diverse customer base. Adding ammonia and other derivatives production further broadens our product and consequently client range, tapping into its established liquid market.
Vision Spain
Spain is recognized as the optimal location for green hydrogen production. With the RePower EU initiative, hydrogen production in the region is projected to grow significantly. Total expected needs are set at 20 million tons per year by 2030, being the European target production 10 million tons and importing target the balance 10 million tons. This ambitious plan highlights Spain’s pivotal role in the future of sustainable energy in Europe.

H2 supply trunk network to Europe LCOH
Spain, with its abundant wind and solar resources, is ideally positioned in Europe to produce cost-competitive green hydrogen. Additionally, as one of the main hydrogen consumers in Europe, Spain benefits from an established transportation network that facilitates the export of hydrogen.
Spain plays a key role in the hydrogen sector and is rapidly planning and building the infrastructure needed to commercialize hydrogen, both domestically and internationally.
Our Project Location Strategy
HyToGreen have thoroughly analyzed the future hydrogen transportation backbone network, looking for the most viable locations for hydrogen production, distribution and commercialization.
Additionally, we have evaluated these locations to identify the best places for reaching nearby or mid-range off-takers efficiently.
In this context, we have identified optimal locations along the network for cost-effective hydrogen production.
These locations were selected based on several key factors
- Solar and wind resources
- Land availability
- Favorable topography
- Availability of water resources
- No adverse impacts
- Natural gas network hydrogen injection capacity
- Adequate distribution channels
- Planned projects in the area
